Been taking for about a month. Honestly wish i could rate it higher this product changed my life forever. for the most part of my life i was eating bad and not taking care of my body, But recently ive been getting better and improving.

I never leave reviews on products but I loved this so much I wanted to share my story for anyone hesitant to get these supplements.
At the start of 2024 I made it a goal of mine to take my PCOS seriously. I was tired of the heavy, irregular flows, and I used to get cramps that hurt so bad I used to throw up.
So in Feb. 2024 I went to planned parenthood and they put me on a birth control without even checking my hormone levels (ik that’s a red flag but I didn’t know any better at the time). After 2 months on the birth control my skin started to break out, my periods were still heavy, I was still experiencing cramps and at that point I was super discouraged about not only the birth control, but about a solution to my PCOS in general. In June of 2024 I decided to stop taking the birth control and I started taking these supplements. After just a month on the supplements I noticed my energy levels went up, my curves were more pronounced, and my period flows were WAY lighter. After about 3 months I noticed my skin was clearing up and not only did I have a lighter flow but my periods were regulating. Now it’s Feb. 2025 and I’ve had a light, regulated cycle for the last 4 months, my energy levels are higher, my libido has definitely increased, my boobs and butt are a little rounder (I would likely see more results if I exercised), I don’t experience cramps during my periods anymore, and overall I’m really happy with these supplements.
If you’re thinking about buying these to regulate your cycles and treat your PCOS I definitely recommend.
